Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with your order or encounter an issue upon delivery (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product), please notify us immediately through our Contact Us page.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of flaws, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- To initiate a return or exchange, submit a request through our customer support portal. You will receive a response within 48 hours, and we will keep you updated on the status via email.
- Products that are personalized, customized, or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error by the online store.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error by the online store. A return shipping label will be provided in such cases.
- Any disputes will be resolved within 7-10 business days from the date the dispute is initiated. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.
- Do not destroy or dispose of any items, including the product or its packaging, even if faulty, until you have spoken with our customer support team and confirmed that doing so will not affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
- Our customer support team is available to assist you throughout the returns and exchange process, ensuring timely and helpful responses to your inquiries.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with returning a product. These costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Information
- Orders will be delivered within the estimated timeframe specified on the product page at the time of purchase. Please review the delivery timeframe before completing your order.
- You will receive regular updates on your order status, including confirmation when the order is shipped and when it has been delivered, via email or through your account dashboard.
- If an incorrect delivery address is provided, our delivery partner will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the correct address. However, additional charges may apply, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
- In case of a delivery delay, you will be notified by the online store or our delivery partner with an updated delivery estimate.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to the online store. You will be contacted to arrange a new delivery attempt, which may incur additional shipping fees.
- At your request, the delivery partner may leave the order with a neighbor or another designated person. In such cases, the delivery receipt will note the alternate delivery details, serving as proof of delivery.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
